Tell us about your average work day.

One of the aspects of my job that I truly enjoy is that I do not have an average day and I get to wear many different hats. I maintain and develop relationships with national Channel Partners such as utilities, manufacturers, consultants, sister companies, etc., attending regularly scheduled meetings, generating reports, data analysis and presentations to increase sales and profitability. I also manage a new team of Utility Program Managers that research programs, process applications and incentives and continuously develop and improve processes to increase productivity.

Tell us about your team.

The team I work with is high performing and passionate about the work we do. We approach projects with a positive attitude and we all have a lot of fun together. I love the entrepreneurial spirit, the teamwork culture and can-do environment of this company.

Tell us about your average work day.

One of the things I love best about my job is that there is NO “average day at work”. Every day is unique because our programs are customized based on the unique goals and needs of the community we partner with. An “average” day is looking for the best solutions to help our customers achieve success and to make positive changes in the communities where we live and work!

Tell us about your team.

Our team exemplifies passion, integrity and creativity on a daily basis. Our team is the reason we have preserved our reputation as the best in the business, and I firmly believe that companies live and die by their reputation. Surrounding myself with team members of the highest caliber is one of the things that I like best about my experience here.

What’s the best part about working at the ENGIE Services U.S. office in Orange?

Downtown Orange is a quaint, historic slice of Orange County and it is a fun place to go for lunch, shop for antiques or just window shop!

What do you do when you’re not building energy projects?

When I am not working, I like to spend time with wonderful husband, three daughters, my dog Stella, family and friends. I love to go to the beach and Big Bear to go skiing. I also love cooking, working out, and going wine tasting! Also, decorating my home is a passion of mine and I act as a decorator “consultant” for family and friends! Lastly, I am writing a mystery novel; I have 23 chapters written and just need to finish it already!

What is your favorite vacation spot?

My favorite vacation spot is Italy, hands down. I love seeing Rome, Florence, and Venice and I would love to return and visit the Amalfi Coast and Tuscany. The people, the architecture, the art, the shopping and the food were all amazing!

Why work at ENGIE Services U.S.?

We have the BEST people in the industry. I feel comfortable selling value to our customers, because I know that our team will work very hard to ensure the development and delivery of a successful program and will provide an experience for our customers that exceeds their expectations. Our team has integrity and cares about delivering value to our customers. Our customers entrust us with major infrastructure projects that they stand in front of the public and select US to work with! I take that endorsement and trust very seriously, and I know my team and company do the same.

Tell us about your average work day.

No day is the same! Sometimes I’m strictly in the office, where I could be going from meeting to meeting with my coworkers, fielding phone calls from customers and subcontractors, or working on contract documents. Some days are spent entirely in the field, on site walks, at customer meetings, on construction sites, or attending education events (or a combination of the above!).

Tell us about your team.

Everyone I work with is really driven, smart, and passionate about the work that we do. We work hard to support each other and our customers. Plus, we have a lot of fun together.

What’s the best part about working at the ENGIE Services U.S. office in San Jose?

I’m lucky that I live close to our San Jose office, so that allows me to increase productivity while still maximizing quality time off of work. The San Jose team is pretty tight-knit. We make sure to hold a lot of events regularly that help bring our team together, like happy hours, holiday celebrations, and surprise birthday shenanigans, to name a few.

What is your favorite vacation spot?

There are too many to choose from! There’s Brazil (where I grew up), Europe, Hawaii, and new places I haven’t explored yet.

What do you do when you’re not building energy projects?

I bake awesome desserts, snuggle with my cats, spend time with family and friends, and explore the outdoors.

Why work at ENGIE Services U.S.?

I like that we work on comprehensive projects, focusing not only on energy efficiency or renewables, but on a combination of both. We holistically look at our customers’ facilities to find the best solutions for them, and every project is different. I also like that I’m involved in a project from start to finish, really forming a relationship with my customers and understanding their needs, seeing our design work become a reality at the end of construction, and getting a chance to engage with the local communities.

Tell us about your average work day.

My average day at work can vary greatly, but typically includes some project based work, either on-site visits, or in the office where I could be developing energy efficiency measures, writing proposals, and presenting to customers. I support a team of five sales engineers, which means part of my day is devoted to helping them develop and sell their own projects with their sales managers. And lastly, part of my day includes strategic development of new verticals, services/products and internal processes to help our teams be more efficient, both independently and cross-functionally.
